Christmas cannabis cookies

Ingredients:

Dough:
300 gr of flour;
150 gr of cannabutter;
100 gr of granulated sugar;
2 eggs;
1 vanilla sugar bag;
1 tablespoon of baking powder.

Icing:
Triturate 1 egg white;
0.5 cup of powdered sugar;
Add food coloring agents.

Cooking cannabis cookies

Take a deep cup and mix all the dry ingredients: flour, granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder.

 Add the cannabis butter that was previously cut into pieces. Mash it by your hands into small crumbs.

Add eggs. Thoroughly mash the dough by hands. Shape the dough into a ball, then packet it and place it into your fridge for half an hour. It will be easier to roll the dough after that and it won’t stick to the rolling pin.

Also, I advise you to dredge the table and the rolling pin by flour. Roll the dough not too thin, approximately half a centimeter thick. I don't like scrunchy dry cookies much, that is why I always make it thick.

 Cut the Christmas shapes for your cookies and put them in the sheet pan that is covered by the baking paper.

Such cannabis cookies won’t become wider but will only grow up, that is why many cookies can fit on one paper close to each other. Heat the oven to 180° and put our cookies inside for 10 minutes, at the most.

When our cannabis cookies are ready, they will be a little ruddy. If you want white cookies, take them out of the oven earlier. This is it. Based on your taste, you can cover the cannabis cookies by icing.
